“The Market” is between Marilla and Taylor, and between Harwood and Pearl, and is open all day, 7 days a week.

FREE street parking is available on Taylor, Harwood, Marilla and other nearby streets. The 2 entrances to the FREE parking Garage are from Harwood, just south of Taylor. The lot just North of The Market is paid, and may have valet at times.

If you are doing a quick pick-up order from Doc Popcorn at DFM, there is a loading/pickup-zone parking area on the South side of The Market building on Taylor, next to the South doors to The Market. This area is usually very busy, but may have a quick space available for fast pickup orders.

Enter the NorthPark Center property via US 75 using the NorthPark Blvd entrance or the US 75 southbound access road. Use the NorthPark Center East Parking Garage, then enter the East entrance near Macy’s. Doc Popcorn is a short walk from that East entrance and is on the 2nd floor.

Directions and Policy for use of non-cash payments.

If any buyer / customer does not agree to the policy below, then they agree to only use cash payments.

By providing non-cash payment, the person presenting or using a payment card or other payment device agrees that all products have been delivered as described and are satisfactory and as described. The card owner agrees to the same conditions, and agrees that the person presenting the card has full permission(s) from the card owner to make this agreement and to use the device presented for purchase(s) at this merchant. Any disputes about Card usage at this merchant are solely between the Card Owner and Card Presenter/User. Card owner agrees that all disputes to merchant of payments are unwarranted and are not valid. Card owner agrees that if their card might be used fraudulently, then Card owner would have already suspended or cancelled the card, therefore merchant cannot be held responsible for any fraudlent usage of a working card. Card Presenter/User/Owner agree that merchant has no responsibility to keep evidence of delivery or other sale information other than the electronic receipt kept by the POS system. Customer agrees that they have every right and opportunity to obtain a paper copy of the receipt at the time of sale, or may receive an electronic copy at time of sale, or within 7 days of a formal written request for a copy of the receipt using the contact form below on this site.

Directions and Policy for disputes, refunds, replacements.

All specific product sale disputes and issues must be brought to our attention in-person at the place of purchase within 48 hours of the sale, and must include the product(s) in question to be made available for our examination. Customer must present information about the exact place, date, and time of original sale. Refunds, replacements, or other compensation are solely the choice of the owners, management, and/or employees of the location of sale.
